Dr. Daniel Min, ND is a naturopathic doctor, speaker, sourdough enthusiast, and avid green tea advocate. After graduating with a Bachelor's in Cell Biology and Genetics from UBC, he completed his Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine at the Boucher Institute in New Westminster, BC. His deep appreciation for tea and the healing potential of plants has shaped a simple but enduring belief: food is medicine.

Guangai Xue, PHD
in Microbiology

Dr. Guangai Xue is a Senior Scientist at a biopharmaceutical company, where she works on developing advanced cell and gene therapies for patients. Her work focuses on improving the processes used to create new treatments, helping move scientific discoveries from the research stage into clinical manufacturing.  Dr. Xue earned her Ph.D. degree in Microbiology from The University of Tokyo.

Jonas Fuchs
Organic Farmer, 123 Farm

Jonas studied Organic Agriculture at the University of Kassel in Germany, with a focus on regenerative agriculture, permaculture, and the restoration of damaged landscapes. During his studies, he developed a particular interest in viticulture, especially vitiforestry, exploring how vineyard systems can be integrated with trees and regenerative land-use practices. To deepen his practical knowledge, he worked on a variety of farms in different countries, gaining hands-on experience across diverse agricultural systems. Since October 2023, Jonas has been working at 123 Farm in California as an organic and regenerative vineyard manager.

Dieter is a researcher at 8 Corners Inc., a company specializing in the import and export of organic health foods and health supplements. He holds a PhD in Molecular Biology and has a deep passion for discovering natural ways to improve health, wellness, and quality of life through the gifts of nature and the earth. He will be sharing insights on green tea and how it can be incorporated into a healthier, happier lifestyle.
